Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information and access needed for services. Delays caused by missing info are not the responsibility of Seco Advisory Global LLC.

Payment & Billing

Payments for services are accepted via Stripe for card payments & invoices, Mercury and Chase for bank transfers & invoices, or other mutually agreed methods. All fees are due as outlined in the service agreement or invoice; late payments may result in suspension of our services.

Intellectual Property

All work delivered remains the property of Seco Advisory Global LLC until full payment is received. Once paid, ownership rights transfer as agreed.

Limitation of Liability

We provide our services in good faith. Seco Advisory Global LLC’s total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA.
